Annulation/Cancelation Policy

We want to offer you clear and transparent booking conditions so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. Depending on the rate selected, the following cancellation policies apply:

Flexible Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:
The non-refundable rate offers a preferential price in exchange for stricter cancellation conditions. The full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be provided, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
